The law firm has been registered with the Law Society of Botswana this year, it has all along been trading as Ndawana and Company since the year 2000. Now the firm has grown into a partnership now NDAWANA DUBANI AND COMPANY.
The establishment is is partnership of ; Morris Ndawana(LLB) UB-1998, and Comfort Dubani (LLB) UB-2014 .The firm is backed by the latest technology, commercial experience, business know how, legal expertise and freshest talent around who are determined to give the best service to clients. The partners are both citizens of Botswana.
The aim of the firm is to provide clients with adequate approach to the protection and enforcement of clients’ right through the use of legislative procedures and alternative dispute resolution methods. The firm combines all the expected facilities to tailor make advisory services based on the client’s individual needs. The firm has a large scale of debt collection insturctions from the past and still continue to have such, with addition of FNB Botswana to the profile the frim looks forward to have greater revenues and positive business drive.
